Finance and Accounts Department

Finance and Account department of CSTD is saddled with the duties of:

• Organizing, Supervising and Management of the Centre’s Finance and Assets for the smooth operation of the Centre in compliance with Financial Regulation and Accounting Manual, and in accordance with international best practices and standards.
• Advising the Accounting Officer on all financial matters; Liaising with the Office of Accountant- General of Federation and other Supervisory bodies, as the need may arise.

For effective and efficient control and smooth operations of the financial management functions, Finance and Account department is segmented into 5 divisions, namely: Revenue and Treasury Division, Expenditure Division, Budget Division, Financial & Fiscal Reporting Division and Store Division.
